About TYCP Magazine

TYCP Magazine was founded on February 1, 1999 by Sha Hartley when she was 15-years old. It originally started out as a celebrity fansite in 1997 called TYCP (Talented & Young Celebrity People), but soon evolved into a publication when she realized that there were no real online entertainment magazines for young people by young adults. Sha hired credible staff members from within the entertainment industry and accepted submissions from contributers, all while making sure to add features not seen on other online sites, including celebrity spotlights, behind-the-scenes features, fan interaction and more. She wanted to keep things clean, so one won't find tabloid rumors and lies anywhere on the site.

Due to all of this, TYCP Magazine became a innovator in online entertainment magazines and a leading site for people aged between 17-30. It has been nominated for various awards, including multiple BT Digital Music Award nominations and has partnered with renowed companies such as PR Newswire and Tribune Media Services.
